How to prevent becoming a failure.

What causes feelings of self-doubt, low self-esteem, and the constant fear of failure and rejection, even when blaming oneself and one's abilities, and appearance, and placing blame on others? What leads to the development of emotional baggage and constant fear of being rejected?

It's a well-known fact that individuals with low self-esteem often struggle to achieve success and find true happiness. The root of this issue lies within the negative self-talk that constantly runs through their minds. This inner critic can be incredibly detrimental, as it can control the way we see ourselves and the decisions we make. This inner voice can make us feel like we're not good enough and that we don't deserve success. In order to overcome this obstacle and achieve our goals, it's crucial to address and silence this inner critic. By doing so, we can take control of our lives and pave the way for success and happiness.

From the feeling of your own worth and abilities, from the expectation of success and the feeling that you are a winner and will be noticed and accepted, we make important decisions in life such as:

  • Choosing a career path and deciding whether to pursue a job that aligns with our passions and interests.

  • Setting goals for our professional and financial aspirations, including pursuing higher positions, starting a business, or earning a certain income.

  • Deciding who to bring into our lives as partners and creating a family.

  • Knowing when to set boundaries, tolerate certain situations and when it's time to move on.

All of this is decided by our own self-evaluation: Can I do it? Will it work out? Will I fail before I even try?

If your self-esteem is lower than ground level, the decision is clear: I am not worthy, I can't handle it, I won't risk it, it won't happen! And no attempts are made. A life made up of such decisions is as sad as the ending of "The Hunchback of Notre Dame". I dreamed and hoped for everything, but I never did anything.

To avoid the fate of a failure, it is necessary to increase your self-esteem, and for this, you need to work on it! Overcoming inner resistance and "I can't, I'm afraid, and what's the point" and persist like a fly on a window until you reach an open window.
